Celebrating a milestone!

As missionaries with Word of Life we are required to raise 100% of the support we need to get to the field. By the end of 2016, we started our support raising journey with a head-start of about 10%, with friends and families that couldn’t wait to get behind us and invest in our ministry, THAT was encouraging!

On February 1st, we officially kicked off our 6 month road trip to get to 100% and the results are in from February… We are now at 25% pledged of our monthly support need for Chile! This means we are on track to be fully funded by the end of the summer and get to language school this fall so that we can get to Chile in the summer of 2018. THAT is really encouraging:)

We are praising God for the blessings He has showered on us and humbling, sacrificial gifts that we have seen come in over the past month. God is faithful, God provides and we know He will continue to carry us through this journey. For this month (March) we are in our ‘home’ areas of OH and MI. Please pray that those we meet with and connect with will be lead to give to our ministry as well as commit to pray for us as we launch out overseas.
